Hi Henry I really enjoyed this intro to investing in Real Estate. Was there a strategy you used to get over the trepidation of taking on large amounts of debt to buy these propertties before you really had an exit or monetizing method? I understand that there are risks but perhaps you can do a video on how to avoid pitfalls. I've had really bad experiences with renters, property managers and home falling apart--are these just the necessary evils of this type of investing? thank you
Nahhh i like the hour length. I bet you have an hour of chores or something todo while listening. Also if its too long just come for another watch or break it down into two 30 minutes. But i find if its a good topic and discussion length doesn't matter as long as they flush out important ideads and make a framework for application nuance.
I just wondered, if you`ll get a deal that wasnt sold within 3 months, is`nt that bad idea because youre going to get a deal who`s not competitive on the market? does renovation will be enough to improve its market?

I'm married and have 2 small children and am starting to save money for a down payment in a large metro area. House hacking isn't an option for us (husband is against it) but how do we afford an income property while on one income? I plan to be home with the kids for 3-4 more years

After selling a couple homes in 2022, I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy inexpensively. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What recommendations do you have for the best time to buy? On the one hand, I keep reading and seeing trader earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?
I concur; I've been in frequent communication with an investing advisor for more than 17 months. I definitely remember needing inspiration to keep my business running after a protracted divorce. I researched licensing consultants, sometimes known as portfolio coaches by some.

there is no such thing as passive income.

Short and sweet. I love that right to the points.
I would love to be on your show 8 rentals now and my way to 12.
You said surrounding yourself with investors. How? Where? Meet up groups? Facebook?

When buying homes to renovate and use as a rental - what do you do about property taxes? How do you offset that?
Thank you so much for this information

For me it makes sense to just keep wholesaling to get out of debt then keep wholesaling to build up cash to get into buy and hold.

I've asked this before and didn't get an answer: how do you confirm the phone number you are calling is not on the do-not-call list?
Watch some other people's video on the do not call list. Some people ignore it. If that's not for you, you'll have to scrub it yourself.
What if you called anyway? I'd suggest using a burner number initially.

Would education from people who are doing it and break it down into little bite sized pieces help?

Any real estate agents or real estate investors in the comment section? 👀
Also can someone invest in commercial real estate?
A lot of general info that everyone always reiterates. Most folks want to know how to start with that $1k and subpar credit.

Don't forget to tap into your spouses 401k or like.
Do you suggest married couples buying separately?
Tap into it and then get divorced so you don’t have to repay it!
