This is the hypocrisy of liberandus where when he spoke out against the Chief Justice of India Deepak Mishra, they hailed him as a hero because they have a personal grudge against the Modi government. However, the moment he announced a judgement on Ram Janam Bhoomi, he became a traitor and people started trolling him. They won’t debate on the merits of his judgements but rather character assassin based on who pronounced judgements in their favour or not. Most of them haven’t even read the judgement. This is the sad state of affairs in India today!

The Modi government must be bold in law reform. Economic prosperity depends on it. We should explore rolling out alternatives to the traditional British-style courts. Alternatives such as mediation, removing the jury in economic crimes replacing them with a single judge with two lay experts with the power to overrule the judge. Why should the Panchayati Raj system not have courts to try minor civil and criminal cases? The Law Commission needs to be restarted and re-energized. Law reform in India is absolutely urgent.

A judge like him is a smudge on Indian judiciary. Shame on him. He has brought the judiciary to such a low that people have lost faith in the Indian judicial system altogether.
He should have given Judgment against Ram Mandir, then he would have been a jewel.
