The difference between this interview and Sreenivasan Jain ( ndtv) interview of Ranjan is glaringly obvious. A good opportunity missed by not questioning the ex-CJI about the interminable delays in the justice system, the consequent injustice and the cost of such delays on Indian society and economy. Today AI and Data science can help in speeding up judgements. Never-ending adjournments, tarikh pe tarikh system and no accountability of delays should be got rid of.
