Such A very talented person shouldn't have retired with out taking the position of CJI..really a much needed personality for the whither indian democracy..
All the anchor wanted was to make justice chalameshwar state a controversial statement . Justice chalameshwar is man of great honour in the way he kept his cool even when the anchor was barking like he always does.
He has set a very brave example for future of Indian judiciary. Justice Chelameswar in my opinion is second only to Justice Khanna who stood up to Indira Gandhi during the emergency
One Of the Finest Judge in Indian Judicial History, Justice Mr.Jasti Chilameshwar Will Be Remembered As Long as Indian Judiciary Exists, and Felt Sad That Andh Bakths Are Criticizing & Trolling Him By Such a False Allegations Like He is Funded By Some Political Party, Anti National. And I May Point Out That Some Questions of Mr.Rajdeep Were Dumb.
Justice Chellameshwar in my humble opinion should have been the Chief justice of Supreme Court of India, due to internal politics he was denied that post...!!!
Grt interview Rajdeep.thank u for bringing him on ur show.wake up call for all of us who are in deep slumber.lets listen to these few good men trying to warn us.massive respects sir.thank u.God bless.💎💎💎🙏💐
Justice Chalameshwar raised some important questions where it should be debated and actions to be taken to strengthen judiciary whereby it can earn respect among the people..I salute him for his straight forward comment on reforms ..
He is the only judge who took the side of truth & support the NJAC. HIS SPEAKING OF TRUTH MUST BE SALUTED. HE IS intelligent as he belong to science stream having High IQ than others who get law degree cheaply. We need accountable, meritious judge through proper interview . We need urgent reform in judiciary.
Justice Chelameswar has set an brave and excellent example in Indian judiciary. Wrong practices in SC was brought in public domain just to save deomcarcy. Hat off to him. We all should support his cause.
Unfortunately, Sardesai is failed to take good questions to respected Justice J Chelameshwar. He keeps on putting media framed words into his mouth. He should have asked it in much better way.
Justice starts with doing justice to one's conscience. Justice chelmeshwer first tried to correct the wrongs in the SC but when nothing positive happened he informed the nation about it. But the irony is that his voice received not support. Well justice chelmeshwer did justice to his conscience so he looks happy and content.. that is all he could do. Going against a system requires moral strength. He possessed all that, so did he hold his head high. Corruption in judiciary is rampant . It is very important for us to get honest and competent judges oppointed through a transparent means... I know that is distant dream .. reality is different which most of us know.... but we need to hope in positive direction....
Justices don't necessarily become good and able administrators/politicians. Running the government and winning elections is a different ball game altogether.
SIR , we have a high respect on you , you have served my nation , you cannot tell openly cetain things openly , even after your retirement , thats agreed, , yes, sir but the truth have its own limitation , if not you , someday some other will ...........we shall wait........... THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT........the country have the pain for what has happened........you might have retired , your judgements not , and our minds will not . JAI HIND
Sir justice Chelameswar It is the people like u who atleast raised questions against the bonhomie of executive with judiciary.. No body can deny for the same.. India needs to make large no. of reforms to bring transparency & independence in judiciary..
Sir v salute u. Bring this issue n pressure on our judges r facing such problems. Wake up India before our judiciary goes into the hands of these uneducated politicians. V people should support our judges before it’s late. V salute u sir .
Is type ka Justice ko nanga kar Connaught Place me pitna hi justice hai. Wakh thoo, tujhpor or tere jaise adha-hindu janam denewali maa por. Yes! This choice of word is mine
Expecting PM modi to be as like vocal as #JChelameswar against real issues not in #Speeches .. And another thing is So many reforms and transparency needed in Higher judiciary as well Lower Judiciary ..Remember we are the largest democracy in the world .we should be type of epitome for those people or country who are seeking for #Democracy .
A very good Interview. Justice Chelameswar is able to be so frank & candid only after retirement & that brings to attention all that ails India & the Judiciary & the insidious infiltration of the State into the operation of the Judiciary. The CJI is lame as we all have seen & its shocking how Justice is being undermined in India.
For your kind information please. Learn a Manner to Interview Judges , and he is One of Finest Honourable Judge of country ,. be very careful with words you used.. its not a parliamentary matter
If anyone has IQ just above low then it is clear what Justice Chelameswar is trying to say. For ones listen to the man speaking from one of the highest position of the country. Stop giving benefit of doubts to the likes of Modi and Shah saying Chelameswar is bought of by Congress or Pakistan. Listen to your inner conscious and if you love your country vote sensibly. Dont feel hopeless..the power ultimately lies with us and in our vote..use it to save mother India.
As the just-retired Justice Jasti Chelameswar has had directly or indirectly portrayed, there is indeed a picture of thick clouds still hanging on the horizon in the Supreme Court sky!
justice Chalameswar very carefully made an implicit expression to the people of India to read between the Lines for saving the detoriating institution that protects the constitution.
If a judge of Supreme Court has stated by holding a press conference that democracy is in danger it only means that he is awakening the conscience of the makers of democracy to take due care of their lives as fathers of the constitution gave them the constitution of India,,otherwise peoples at constitutional positions enjoy, earns & silently go to their home,,Advocate Bankim kulshreshtha
Hats off great justice Chelamshwram. He said so many things without saying actually. One can read so many things between the lines.Good bye to you justice Chelsahwaram.

Unfortunately, Sardesai is failed to take good questions to respected Justice J Chelameshwar. He keeps on putting media framed words into his mouth. He should have asked it in much better way.
Rajdeep is harsh and blunt... sometimes he forgets to respect his guests.

Sir justice Chelameswar It is the people like u who atleast raised questions against the bonhomie of executive with judiciary.. No body can deny for the same.. India needs to make large no. of reforms to bring transparency & independence in judiciary..
Indian Judiciary has been too opaque, too closed for too long. More like Chamaleshwar in the Judiciary should come out and talk to the public.
Sir v salute u. Bring this issue n pressure on our judges r facing such problems. Wake up India before our judiciary goes into the hands of these uneducated politicians. V people should support our judges before it’s late. V salute u sir .
This interview indicate there are so many biased internal activities in Higher Judiciary in our country.
