However, a number of my teachers also taught her, and would all attest to her extraordinary talent already evident at that age. Also, likewise, during her time at Melbourne University, some of my acting teachers were friends with her, and would describe how people would marvel at her performances in the Union House Theatre there.
In Cate we have it all - a real movie star, style icon, one of the greatest actors and a great role model and incredible human being. This is rare and we should be happy be her contemporaries

I’ve seen many of Cate Blanchett’s movies and Tar is just riveting to watch. I’m watching it again for the dynamism she brings to the character. What a character study of a woman on the edge of madness from the devotion to her art.
