    This was the best trauma informed yoga i have tried. Truly liberating and paced perfectly for a quick practice. Hit the whole body, but especially the mind space. The human background noise (the nature sounds were awesome!) and ads were so unfortunate though.

    Does TSY benefit those with DID? Any research studies?

    I loved this but just some feedback that the adverts through the video made it hard to fully relax

      I've been trying to find where to turn them off, some Googling led me to a redit thread saying that I cant. Perhaps this isn't correct? If anyone knows how to turn the adds off please let me know.
