Pomegranate needs to be hand pollinated. Take pollen from male flowers and using a no.1 paint brush, rub those in the stigma of female flowers. Lack of pollinators, particularly in city areas, are main cause of flower drop.
Liquid fertilizer helps, along with sunny position, away from cold/frost. Check for root rott as well and don't over water the plant - they are very hardy and will bounce back with little attention - good luck!

I have.pomogranate plant ....more than 3 years old ... Flowers are not coming
Apply pottash on soil and spray with seaweed or other plant hormones like booster 2, bumper, planofix etc.
