Jetson pro e bike from Costco had to fix the throttle loose wire

- Got this e bike jetson pro from Costco bought two of them but one of them throttle Acceleration gave out during a ride in Sacramento. I open it up and notice a loose blue wire I reconnect the wire then it actually works now..

It wasnt a problem taking the cover off but how did you tighten the blue Wire? Just by wiggling it in or did u need a tool to tighten thr wire?
Yea tightening?? Man Trying to fix this for my dad.
I’m assuming you somehow Just jam that thing in there with some tweezers maybe, just careful not to tear up the wire

Well darn it My blue one Not locked in the connector either but it didn't fix mine when I repaired it. Still stumped. Have power lights but no throttle
I tried this and another way still no throttle but the battery shows full any recommendations
Do you happen to know, how many inches wide on the front fork where the axel fits ?
Throttle not working….checked wiring and the cable near the motor….back wheel spun a little but still no power…any advice…
Open it up, Just gotta check every wire, give each wire a slight tug if it’s loose tighten them. Make sure bike power is off, but I’m not a professional so you don’t have to take my advice. On your own risk.

not sure if this is the same issue my bike was working fine and now if i turn my wheel to the right i have no power and my front light flickers if i wiggle a wire it works again
May be loose connection open it up take a look. Double check.

What do you mean, how do u tighten it?
Push the wire into the connector all the way so that it connect with the connector in the other half of the plug
Should of installed the App. It would of showed you the problem
My bike won’t turn off any suggestions?
My bike has the flashing headlight throttle issue - I opened the case and unplugged the 6 wire - plugged back in and the bike turned on and started to roll. Problem is - it won’t turn off. Advice???
