Definitely needed your help! I’m currently starting medsurg clinicals next week and have to complete care plans, PR notes, medication administration, and a nursing note. My professors did not demonstrate an example of how to achieve a care plan so I am in complete anxiety mode right now.

Finally i found a nursing teacher who made me realise that my nursing school teachers were bad and it wasn't about me not understanding their way they taught me. thank you for clarifying that major point to me. as a first-year student, I hear about the planning a lot, and because I didn't fully understand what that means, I got stuck into the "not understanding" mode where I can't continue moving with the lecture.
