- Honda Chief Engineer Bryan Hourt became interested in cars at an early age since his father owned a body shop. This interest eventually led him to work for Honda in Ohio. Once Bryan laid eyes on the NSX during a crash test simulation, he realized he needed to own one. The video further dives into his car collection, and how his passion has been inspired by Mr. Honda.

Great video. Nice story. Love my Honda!
Amazingly you may be even more of a Honda guy than I am. First car was a new 78 Civic. 80 4dr Accord, 85 Prelude, 87 Legend, 95 Civic and then possibly 30 demo's (worked for Dealership for 32 years), starting with Civics, Accords, Cr-v's, Pilots, Ridgelines and even a Crosstour that I liked so much I purchased. Not to mention the 2 outboards, 2 lawnmowers, 85 550 Nighthawk, 98 Valkyrie and currently 2019 Crf450l, 2008 CBF1000, 2021 Ridgeline and 2023 Accord Touring Hybrid. Many many used Civics and Accords mixed in as well. So current stable aside, I think I got you beat. 😂
Seriously great collection and great career.
Can you bring back integrity to head gaskets? And fix my brand new Odyssey that is leaking water onto my tailgate control module? And I’m a Honda fanboy.
We need more videos like this, very inspiring!!
Awesome video. Can you guys bring back a small car. CRX please.
I worked at an Acura dealership in the late 90s, and always dreamed of purchasing an NSX. Today I own a 91’ NSX and a 22’ NSX Type S. best of both worlds ❤
I love old hondas.
Hey Bryan, Please safe the manual transmissions #safethemanuals and the sporty vehicles at Honda worldwide, please talk to Honda Europe so that we can get more sporty Hondas in Europe again and not lose the soul of Honda ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍 Greetings from Germany #FL5TypeR
Honda the power of dreams
Then protect our interests and dont let the company kill the clutch pedal. At some point im gonna replace replace my 13 Si. And I've owned or leased 8 other Hondas dating back to 1982. 2040 should not be a hard date.
He got all my dream cars!! Love this video!
Mostly old Hondas in this video... This says a lot about the desirability of current Hondas...
Awesome 👌 please push hybrid vehicles across lineup and Acura versions including of hrv, Ridgeline and new Accord
I wish they'd bring back the Honda Fit to the US market. Great car!
An all-electric version would also be a great idea.
Make a manual nsx!!! Who needs auto, hybrid?!!
Great video! Great Cars ;)
The best thing a car company can do is to hire a true car guy to lead the development and engineering team. Not someone who has the knowledge but is simply focused on climbing the corporate ladder.
Please bring back the manual transmission option to the Civic lineup for 2025 and beyond.
i have a mint 1992 2 door teg, its a great ride. my neighbors $60,000 4 year old Kia is on its 2nd motor and transmission and Kia or his insurance won't cover the work.
Basically Honda is acknowledging that they lost their way and their golden era were 80s-00s
Never better applied "put your money where your mouth is" and see his collection and the most "new" thing is an S2000, not to mention a new NSX or Civic Type R from a few years ago.
Mudah mudahan bisah dapet mobil kek gitu, keren bg..
Salam dari anak Medan Mr 😊
Can you bring back Jazz to Mexico
A few Acura RWD-biased AWD BEVs with SH-AWD and double wishbone suspension by 2030 please.
Why doesn't he have the new NSX? Or the new Type S'?
Hyundai's hybrid is 40 million won, but the inside and outside are good, too. What's Honda doing
If you are passionate about Honda then at least built some reliable ones instead lately we are seeing the garbage Turbo engines.
Honda found a problem with the Turbo and they unable to solve the issues. Poorly designed and built vehicles.
Is there anything I can do for an experience in an nsx it’s my dream car and so is an s2000 Honda runs through my blood
