Someone smarter than me did some maths and proccing cannon fire modes detract from your main one, so when rapid fire procs it interferes with csv. When i got rid of the procving RF1 my dps went up by almost double.
Great video. Quick question: Do you know how to change my primary and/or secondary Specialiations as i notice you are using different specializations to what i have? I am currently using Intelligence as my Primary and Commando as my secondary and cannot see any way to change them?

Hey TriZander. Quick Question. I'm trying to get the competitive reputation impulse engines however I don't have enough of the Strategems. No one really does competitive TFO's anymore. Any Idea how I'd be able to grab one of these?
Greetings 07 hmm... Well you can convert marks for the STRATS but only 1 every day or so. It's a rep project that you can slot, should be the 3rd box down. If you have any sort of recruits you've done, you could also check with your temporal officer in your respective faction to see if any of the boxes have been unclaimed yet (I suggest that as I still have yet to claim and forgotten to claim on some toons). At this point, all my new toons have just gotten from marks to convert them to the ELITE MARKS as they are known as well, and the account bonuses with having a recruit. Hopefully that helps.
@@TriZander07 could you by chance do a video about the Constitution III and a Picard cannon build along with the best consoles/traits for that ship along with it?
it is disappointing on tactical it's more a science explorership then a ship you would use and battle. it's pointless putting cannons on it because you can't get you're tactical officer rapid fire mark 3 because it won't allow it. the ship is more for exploring less for battle. which you do mostly in the game. it does not beat the defiant class since you can put rapid fire mark 3 on it which all ships should have because you have mostly in Battle you're not exploring the Galaxy or doing science stuff. I recommend players getting the defiant T6 do not wasting your Zen or wasting your time getting legendary avenger miracle worker battle cruiser. it's even not worthy of Klingon to use in battle. what miserable PETAQ make that ship it belongs in the scrap heap. Benjamin Cisco would be disappointed he rather go for the defiant any day a worthy ship for battle. there's many songs in the Klingon great hall about Benjamin Cisco and the defiant QAPLA best ship in Star Trek best ship in Star Trek online QAPLA

Not going to lie, this is probably my favorite ship to play with in STO. JMO.
Since removing the deflector armor it’s no longer the toughest even klingons know to put armor over the deflector
