This is a prequel to the original Raven One campaign and we are doing this one live... Well as live as RUclips pre recorded videos can get.
As much as I would love to only show me being perfect and not making any mistakes for the campaign, in this series I'm going to show all of my success and failures for you all to see. If i fail or die in a mission you will see how it all went down and hopefully it will lead to some entertaining content for you all.
Mission 03 see's us doing a joint coalition strike on a simulated enemy airbase with multiple elements and aircraft strike packages. Time on target and correct flight positioning is a key aspect to mission success.

Cheers mate!!! Is there an actual button to turn the HUD tapes on in the hornet in DCS? Not sure if there is or not??
@@TorniQuetHD below your ifei/left of your mfd theres three switches. The left and center pick whats recording and the right turns on the tapes. It doesn't have any function in game but its there to activate.

“Signal is Charlie” is your clearance to land. You could have started into the landing pattern as soon as you got that call at 5 miles. Also, you can turn the tapes on with the three switches below the EIFI.

@@TV1Bomber I have no idea if it will do anything in the mission, but you can definitely set those switches, so maybe BD has something tied to that for scoring.
Oh damn man!!! Thank you!!! I wonder if that’s whAt I screwed up besides being in auto mode and not actually being able to simulate a drop with CCIP?
It is amazing to see how tedious a flight plan can be. It sounds great, jump in a fighter jet and fly but it is a job that requires tremendous discipline.
Yeah gives you a greater understanding of what’s involved in being an actual fighter pilot, it’s not all topgun maverick and doing cool shit, but it’s still challenging to pull off complex sorties with timings etc

Disregard last. I found Skatezilla's Updater Utility GUI. I did some research, found it, ran it and M03 now performs perfectly.

can save game ? Seems long for a campaign. What if something goes wrong halfway.
You start your ass over. Eagle Dynamics got no time for load/save game features when they're spending all that time working on INS drift for when you don't have GPS but you always have GPS. *sigh*
@@zachansen8293 their developers need to do better. Also they need a new engine like unreal engine 5.
This is supposed to be an actual sortie mate, it’s not designed to be saved halfway through and go back to it. That’s why it’s so challenging… if you screw something up it’s all for nothing
@@TorniQuetHD the rising squall campaign has a save system.
The best workaround going right now is replaying your track and accelerating time until you need to take control again. 😔
Is it just me or is the mission not working since the 2.8 update? Once I pushed from Wpt 1 I just keep flying the waypoints. No further happenings or coms, the bandits doesn't pop up although I check all parameters correctly...
Probably a fair chance it is broken mate, usually happens to most campaigns after a massive update. I’m sure they will fix them quickly 🤞🏻

No time stamps on the Raven campaigns mate, for realism 👌🏻 liberation will have them still
