You could try to submerge the flower part of the hydrangea in slightly warm water for about half an hour. Do that when they start to wilt and they perk up again. Helps to make them last a bit longer
Tip for the hydrangea, after you cut the stems, submerge the cut side in boiling water for a minute. Then place in your vase of choice. They'll plump up and last 2 weeks.
@@rachelleea yes! When mine start to wilt, trim again and repeat with the boiling water. I think it has something to do with the residue in the stem and boiling it helps to get it to absorb the water in the vase.
For you hydrangeas cut them on a slant and smash the ends sorta. When you change the water make sure it’s really hot like boiling. Repeat cutting and water after a week. I can keep them way longer doing that.😊
Hey Rachel, thanks for your video this morning! I’m sick in bed so it’s been so nice to catch up on your vids. With your budget tracker, do you need to understand excel to use it? Also, do you track every single expense? Love the espresso maker 💙 and love the eucalyptus leaves in your shower 💚 what a beautiful reminder of home 🥰
The tape on the rug corner is good. You can also put a couple of ice cubes on the cover with something heavy for a while, it works too!! You should put the date you put in the freezer on the chicken bags with black marker!!!
Hi! Quick meal idea for you. Since you go to Trader Joe’s, maybe pick up the vegetable pad Thai noodles in the freezer section. Also grab the chili crunch oil and add that to the shrimp when you cook it then put the noodles over if you have hoisin and soy sauce. Makes a delicious quick meal.

oo thanks I'll have to try. They've lasted 5 days and theyre still going strong at this stage so if they die a bit will this revive them?

My aunty recently taught me to remove the pollen heads from lilies with paper towel and you won’t have issues with the pollen again

Thank you much for the suggestions, I really appreciate it 🧡
Have you tried putting an ice cube on the corner of your rug? It will flatten it out
If you remove the stamens from the lilies they will last even longer. I do it as soon as they open. But be careful as the pollen stains.
I did that last time and it made no difference. I wonder if I did it wrong. Do you just cut them off?

2nd! Hi! I love your videos. Hello from Richmond,Va.. 2 hrs from you.❤😢
Hello 💛 I Hope you’re having a lovely day and getting the lovely weather too 💛💛
Why the eucalyptus in the shower? I’ve seen it before but I wonder what is the purpose. Is it just for the smell or is there something more to it? :)
I think its just for the smell, makes it nice in there 🧡
