Thank you for making this video. I am still having an issue and am hoping you could help with these two questions. I have my notes titles with the short date format, no time, followed by a hyphen, such as “7/20/24 - Bank of America.” 1) How do I create a title that inserts the current date but prompts me to append the title, so I only input “Bank of America?” 2) I am trying to have a default format, where the first line in the body of the note is pre-populated with “ATTENDEES:”, the second line is blank and the third line is pre-populated with “AGENDA / NOTES:” Any assistance is really appreciated.
How do I create a subfolder via shortcuts in notes? I already have folders and i need a shortcut to create a new folder UNDERNEATH it. I can only create folders, but as it seems neither move them nor create them directly as subfolders...
I loved the shortcut. Unfortunately, it stopped working. I received an error message, translated into English, that reads, ‘Communication with the support app not possible.’ Has this issue occurred for anyone else, or is it just happening to me?
Thanks so much! I have spent hours on my own trying to figure out how to create a simple note to send to a pre-made folder and gotten nowhere. With the use of the Gallery and a little tweaking it's finally come to fruition. I appreciate your help!

Thanks for your excellent video ! You are really great ! I would like to create a shortcut that pass my dictation of grocery items to a Note I use for shopping groceries, and I was able but... alas! It creates a single voice and I want it split in different lines...
Is it possible to make a shortcut how can move or sync all Apple notes to Evernote as notes not as pdf with same data for this notes as them are in Apple notes then them is added to Evernote!
I have a question on how one might deal with TAGS as the append cmd will add your input to the end of the note. The tag is stuck in the middle as it were. Can one retrive, delete and then add them in. IF so, how would you go about it.
I don't think that there is a way to simulate a mouse click from the built in actions on Stream Deck, however if you use Keyboard Maestro, you could set up a macro that simply simulates a mouse click.... then on Stream Deck install the KM Link plugin and you'd be able to activate that Keyboard Maestro macro to simulate the mouse click. You could also then of course use that as part of any multi actions you set up on your Stream Deck. As I say, all of this does require Keyboard Maestro though! Let me know if you find another way though!
So from what I can gather from research, editing a single note (example: inserting/erasing a single line into the middle of a note) is not possible. Is there perhaps a workaround for achieving exactly this _without_ creating a New note and deleting the old? I noticed there is an option to open a note. Could you then add functionality for another shortcut to select the line, and then paste the edit from what was already in the clipboard?
Yeah this was the worst to follow in the series You seem to not preview to delete all your speaking errors and towards the end you are really racing through the steps way to fast A lot of good info is here ya just need to sift through the speaking mistakes Consequently I’ll have to watch it several times unfortunately On the positive side having watched the previous videos other than the 3rd party app it made me less concerned about not desiring to learn this shortcut app But geez dude slow the friggin down please Yeah you’ve done a great job of convincing me to stay far away from short cuts yeah if I can’t just open a app and enter info the good old fashioned way it ain’t for me besides trying to set all this up I would of been done already typing my note or whatever
