APA, American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association need to act.
Children are suffering and suffering greatly. The time to act is NOW.
It is unconscionable that this is allowed to continue.

I don't know whether I should be happy or distressed after this video. My daughter has been alienated from me (and the manipulation has been qualified as potential child abuse by a forensic psychiatrist in Catalonia, Spain where she lives with her mother). All my attempts to see her have been in vain - and more than 2 years without contact have passed by now. Nonetheless everybody (her teachers, the neighbors, judges etc.) tell me that she's a happy, courteous and open minded child with a perfect school record - just about all As. People make her look as if she were ' the perfect child' which plays the violin, rides horses and plays tennis. Evidently she's not showing any of the signs of mental trauma mentioned in your video - just the opposite. Do I have to worry or should I relax? My main interest is the mental health of my child and I am ready to pay the ultimate price although it really bites on me. What is your opinion? Is this just a disguise of her true emotions? Should I carry on with this endless uphill battle?

Some more details of interest: she's 10 years old now. We lived happily together in Berlin, Germany until her 5th birthday when her mother decided out of the blue to cut all ties and move to Spain with her. She 'voluntarly' told me she'd never want any more contact with me. Here's an example of what the school tells me about here school achievements (translated from Catalan with ChatGPT):
      --
This quarter, has continued to evolve very positively. In the classroom, she is attentive, hardworking, and eager to learn. Her level of reading, comprehension, and written expression is very good. She has a rich vocabulary and is able to express her ideas clearly and understandably. She completes the course by mastering all the content covered.
In Physical Education, we have worked on the initiation to team sports this quarter. Her attitude towards her classmates is very good. She shows interest in the activities and makes an effort to improve day by day.
In Music, she has had a very good course and always with an excellent attitude.
      ---
      Does this make sense?

Let's assume the worst and say the mental health of your child is deteriorating. How would you realistically be of help if that were the case if you are in a constant state of anxiety over something that now is outside your control? Wouldn't it be more helpful if you took care of your own health so that in case she does need your help, you are actually in a decent condition yourself? I think in a best case scenario that might be the best course of action as well, since if your daughter were to grow up and decide to reconnect, it would likely go smoother if you're not a nervous wreck. I think it's understandable you are thinking of ultimate prices in such a situation, but what if that's your body's way of communicating something that does not need to be taken literally word for word? Of course I don't actually know you or your situation, you're the expert of your own life, I'm just sharing my limited perspective which might be entirely wrong for all I know.

I agree. For the child, it's a ticking time bomb .. and we need to be strong enough and well enough to be able to handle what's to come. None of it takes the pain away .. and we are powerless except for making sure we are ok .. and that is the only parenting thing we have left isn't it.

It's pretty rich to watch one of these people rail against the supposedly greedy and abusive nature of parental alienation while supporting an industry that charges tens of thousands of dollars to brainwash children.
And NONE of the behavior she used to describe an alienated child is in any way specific to that circumstance. Children recovering from abuse often behave the same way.

You're not special, being a mandated reporter. In fact, if you go full Karen and report your feelings you are part of the problem. Reasonable articulable suspicion has even been abused by law enforcement for more than 20 years, and is now under scrutiny in court cases. Because of Karen's feelings.
"...reasonable cause to suspect that a child seen by the person in the course of professional duties has been abused or neglected, or who has reason to believe that a child seen by the person in the course of professional duties has been threatened with abuse or neglect and that abuse or neglect of the child will occur...". How do you articulate that you know it WILL occur without going full blown Karen? "...believes in good faith, based on a threat of an individual...".
Physicians, Coroners, Medical examiners, Nurses, Dentists, Chiropractors, Optometrists, Acupuncturists, medical or mental health professional not otherwise specified, Social workers, Marriage & family therapists, Professional counselors, Public assistance workers, School teachers, School administrators, School counselors, School employees not otherwise specified in this list.
Mediators, Child-care workers in a child care center, group home, or residential care center for children and youth, Child care providers, Alcohol or other drug abuse counselors, Members of the treatment staff, Physical therapists, Physical therapist assistants, Occupational therapists, Dieticians, Speech-language pathologists, Audiologists, Emergency medical technicians, First responders
Police or law enforcement officers, Court-appointed special advocates, Clergy, Juvenile correctional officers, and college staff.
You will notice there is no mention of the points this channel makes. The list includes Deprivation of Rights, Psychological Abuse, Feminist Perpetual Victimhood, Parental Alienation, Destruction of the family causing kids to act out. Seems the "system" has a bit of catching up to do. I advocate Mandatory Psychological Evaluations of both parties. Make Asylums Great Again.
