hello i worked on staphylococcus biofilm formation using ELISA...i don't know how to read ELISA results!! the negative control was TSB (0.071)and the positive control was E.coli(0.148)...so how can I measure if the biofilm is weak ,moderate and strong depending on negative and positive control mathematically as you did above!!! why you use greater than not less than in OD NC? from where you get 0.7?? the same question from where you get 0.3??and why divid OD PC on OD NC to get what???!!..please I need your answer...please..
