The Jack Russell Terrier takes its name from a sporting parson, Jack Russell, who lived in the county of Devon, England, in the 1800s.
He was a horseman, a terrier judge, and one of the early members of the British Kennel Club. Parson Russell developed this strain of terriers from various early types of Wire Fox Terrier to obtain dogs that would run with hounds and bolt the fox from its lair.
Their coat may be either rough and broken or smooth. The Jack Russell is still an extremely good working terrier and has become enormously popular as a household pet.
It can be somewhat excitable and is best suited to being the companion of an active child. It requires little grooming.

i have 3 jacks, one smooth , one broken , and one rough coated, 15 yrs 5 yrs and the parson jack 13 weeks old lovely dogs, the 5 yr old bolted a fox THEN rolled in the fox poo,,,, good video you have done, hope you have more well done
