Thanks bro for this nice information ,my advice for you is to provide proper protection to cable in the motor area you can use liquid tight flexible conduits and for motor mechanical protection the cover is with metal sheets

Uss ki cost thori ziada hai. Rear mai differential lagta hai jis ki price Rs.70,000 hai. Manual gearbox lagana zaruri nahi.

Is kay electric system ko cooling ki zarorat hai ya nae.
Motor , controller, charger, aur battery all parts need cooling system to maintain efficiency and safety. Koi is ka bhe dekhna paray ga jab equipment heavy ho jae to. What is your opinion and experience?

Motor and controller have built-in air cooling. Battery doesn't heats up because cell is of huge size and load is not that high.

first of all you should get 96 or 108 volt motor which have good torque and motor does not heat up and nor decrease efficiency every company prefer higher volt dc motor and higher volt battery and charge get faster

Cost of those motors is high. Datai PMSM motors have no heat up issues and the efficiency is 97%.
