CST # 32 Hybrid Mehran conversion project (Petrol + Electric) | EV Suzuki Mehran

We converted a 2017 model Suzuki Mehran to EV hybrid. The electric drive system is independent of the petrol engine, the car can run on rechargeable Lithium Iron Phosphate 76.8V/100Ah battery for up to 85 kilometers on a single charge. The battery can be recharged using a normal 220 volts AC supply. The top speed in electric drive is 60 km/hr which is enough for local travel inside the city. A 2 speed differential gearbox (Datai brand) has been used for the rear wheels and the engine powers the front wheels so we have both the systems running independently of each other. The performance in petrol remains the same as original.

Contact 0317-0428215 This is testing video of a 4kW PMSM motor from Datai brand. It can be used to convert rickshaw and small cars like Suzuki FX, Alto, Cuore to electric/hybrid. The motor and controller are waterproof and the maximum efficiency is 97%. It can give a speed of around 60-70 km/h if used with manual gearbox and 60km/h if used with a differential.

Higee 280Ah x 16 cells battery pack assembly. The battery pack is nominal 51.2V/280Ah/14.33kWh. It can be used with solar inverters. It is better to limit the power output from this battery to 7.16kW due to C rating however it can be used with an inverter upto 14.33kW as well (life cycles will be reduced). Great content. Shukat hai Allah ka. Pakistan mein b parhay likhay log aage barh rahe hain aur LFP ko samajh kar istemaal kar rahe hain. Solar system aur EV conversion... ye dono hum adopt kar lein tu Grid aur petrol dono useless hain.

this was one of the most pathetic testing ever. you had soooo much resistance on youir cable, that you had to measure cell by multimeter.... so dumb!
