      मसल्स क्रैम्प होने की संभावना रहती है अगर वार्मअप के बिना करते है तो, बिना देखे बताना सम्भव नही है एक बार डॉक्टर से राय ले लीजिए और जब तक सही ना हो सूर्यनमस्कार ना करें
