@@burgieboy3586 the blanket doesn’t leak through. My head gets sweaty, so I put two towels on my pillow so it doesn’t get wet and that works fine. 😀
I was sceptic about it but it is great for sure. I sport alot and its very relaxing and good for the muscles. I sweat like crazy in it but that's good i guess haha

How would u clean it after being a burrito? Does is smell?

just wipe with water actually does the trick.
Does it help you lose weight?
it can, of course in combination with a good diet. A session burns 600 calories, so could get you on your way to lose weight.

Does an everyday hobby runner need this?
I won't say you need it, but it's something that is great for anybody, so no matter what level runner it can be great for recovery or burning some extra calories.
