As far as I am concerned, Pirates is a trilogy that ended here. Such a beautiful way to end the Will and Elizabeth arc. Pirates isn't the same without them.
@@artsman412 Right? After the intro scene we saw, the movie would've been so much better if twelve year old Henry stowed away on a ship and managed to somehow find Jack Sparrow, who upon learning who this kid was felt honour-bound to at least bring the child of his friends home safe and sound, but on their way there... Shit happens.
@The Professor meh it had it's funny parts but Salazar was just not a good villain, I'd rather take the immortal skeleton pirates, but Barbossa's death was the saddest scene in the movie no doubt. He had good character development no doubt.
Lionheart Elizabeth waited for him the ten years Calypso didn't wait for Davy so Davy was cursed to stay at the sea with only one day a decade on the land.
+Se Pieni Pirullinen Davy Jones always had the same exchange as Will. Calypso didn't show up on the first time because she didn't feel like it and he went rogue.
Epic fail if Elizabeth was at some other point in the island with her son and then will resurfaces at the opposite side of the island and doesn't see his wife and then becomes Davy Jones #2
@@lakellitalakellita9506 Yes, if this scene is canonical, then I think that Will would probably be content with one son; he could immediately acquire a second one, namely Henry. If you watched the credits closely, you'll notice that actor Dominic Scott Kay plays the character young Will Turner.
On this episode of things that went over my head as a kid: Seeing they had a kid but not realizing they had sex on the beach during Will’s one day on shore at the end of the movie.
It’s hilarious I watched this scene for the first time last year(2017). Guess how long it been since this film was released by the time I realized there was a bonus scene
Rugh it sucks because I would have loved to see his reaction... Elizabeth: "Hi, honey. Surprise." Will: "You couldn't have at least called me on my shell phone?" Elizabeth: "Darling, you know as well as I do that those won't be invented for another hundred years."
And you know what...? If you think about the months and years "missed" by the authors, which the authors did not show us, and at the same time think about Elizabeth... Then... She was just DOING GREAT. She's the heroine! To bear, give birth and, most importantly, RAISE a son by herself, without husband's help and support, is worthy of respect. Definitely. And as we can see from this scene, and from Henry's subsequent appearances, he is a very smart and smart guy. And he also loves his father very much. And, of course, this is the Elizabeths' merit, who brought him up like this.
Why do they always put the best scenes at the end of the credits where no one in the fucking cinema are left watching? Like, bitch I ain't gonna sit and wait and watch the whole credits roll, guessing if there's even a secret ending. Ain't nobody got time for that
Every single one of those movies had it, so after seeing it in the first one you should expect it at the end of the other parts. When I went to the movies ppl stayed seated, they knew something was coming. Same with all Transformers and MArvel movies.
Sentinel HDD I expect nothing less from Marvel movies. I just didn't even consider the possibility that there would be a secret ending to Pirates of the Caribbean. Nobody told me there would be a secret ending before
I Literally Screamed When I Found Out This Scene Exists And I Even Screamed More When I Found Out The Kid’s Name Is Henry Turner, Son of Will Turner And Elizabeth Swann-Turner, I Legitimately Never Knew At The Time Elizabeth And Will Had A Son Together. Henry Really Is A Pirate, Just Like His Parents. But I Still Feel Bad That Henry Grew Up Without A Father In His Life And Only Got To Spend One Day With Him At 10 Years Old, But I’m Glad Henry Was Able To Set Will Free From His Curse
U guys forgot that will was binded for eternity to dutchman to deal with souls?? After pirates 5 when trident is broken all curses go down and then he is free... after 20 years on the see!
I see this movie all the fuckin' time! I never seen this at the ending. Also that kid. Maybe if they have another curse then maybe Will or the kid will lift it. :-D
yes, davy jones mortally wounded william turner which gave jack sparrow the idea to make turner the new captain of the dutchman, saving turner's life and sparing jack sparrow from 100 years of servitude on the dutchman.
I don't understand this post-credit scene, I need help. At the start of the film, a child is about to get hung. This guy has a piece of eight (the silver coin) so if I'm not confused this guy is the Turner/Elisabeth child. So how is this possible? the only possible thing is that the starting scene was the future. But, the child started to sing that pirate poem, and they talk about it over the film like "the song has started, we need to find the nine pieces of eight" or something like that, so clearly it can't be the future either. Can someone explain this, I didn't find anything about this
The child at the start and Will and Elizabeth's son Henry are complete different characters. The poem is sung throughout the movies and I believe it comes from the original ride. This character Henry grows up to be a prominent part of the 5th movie, where he searches for Jack in order to find Trident of Poseidon, and free Will from the Dutchman.

I have to admit that the last movie, as of Will and Elizabeth story, is satisfying, too...
wrong but it’s okay
I honestly don't mind On Stranger Tides (mostly cause of Barbossa), but Dead Men Tell No Tales just sucks, so I just ignore it.

I literally SCREAMED when I found out about this scene and also SCREAMED when I watched it. It's so beautiful!!!!!
I hope you watched all the scenes at the end of part 1 and 2. Each movie had a cut scene at the end.
Sentinel HDD Really?
yeah and even part 4 has a cut scene at the end. Search for those endings.
Sentinel HDD I will do now 😂 thanks for telling me
Best possible conclusion to the Will/Elizabeth character arcs.
I remember when I saw this after the credits on the big screen, the whole theater had emptied. What an amazing scene they all missed.
TEN YEARS HAS BEEN SERVED! They can be a happy family :)
Wait doesnt he have to be like davi jones like he allways has to be at sea untill he dies? If not how does that work?
Lionheart Elizabeth waited for him the ten years Calypso didn't wait for Davy so Davy was cursed to stay at the sea with only one day a decade on the land.
+Se Pieni Pirullinen
Davy Jones always had the same exchange as Will. Calypso didn't show up on the first time because she didn't feel like it and he went rogue.
+Se Pieni Pirullinen wait so he can come back to her and stay with her after 10 years?
yes he can because Elizabeth waited him^^
I don't know if I'm the only one but, I cried because he only gets to see Elizabeth and his son, once every 10 years.
With the dead men tell no tales ending, not anymore
this still makes me really emotional wow
1 day ashore, 10 years at sea.
I found out about this scene only now, 7 years after i watched the movie for the first time. Fml
Jampi Jampe This is the 5th movie it came out last year.
@@metoo3342 This video was made in 2009...
Is this guy joking? I'm having trouble believing he's this stupid.

Since Will reappears only at sunset, it will always be on the same side of the island...
When you think about it Will hasn't been on land in 10 years so when Dead Men Tell no Tales comes out it will be 10 years!
mike nillos more like 20.

I just found out about this scene today. Wtf! How beautiful
They need to put all the original actors back in the pirates 5
+xClaireLouise1994 Sadly, Kiera Knightly, Elizabeth, isn't returning. Perhaps they'll say she died in-between 3 and 5?
Well you were wrong :D
@@MrFeridun123 very wrong lol.
Sunrise sets, flash of green
i wanna know who played this little boy. i can totally see why they chose him to play Will's son. he looks just like his father.
The Dutchman captain sets foot on land once every 10 years.
Wow, I guess they really did adapted the myth
*applauds*

I watched it first time only now. WHAT????
See that is what Calypso had to do. Just stand and wait. Now Davy was pissed about that and I would too.
Finished watching the trilogy today and it really ends here for me. Honoring Johnny Depp. The truth will set you free. #JusticeForJohnnyDepp

It's Jack's son.
No because look at how much Brenton thwaites resemble Young Orlando bloom .he lookalike a spot on ringer for Orlando bloom character ?

Another Easter egg found when a movie ends to bad you need patience to see it
This is the first movie from this trilogy wich has a normal ending scene
yeah it is
This scene really reminded me of the Sumerian God ENKI
Oh... Henry Turner and his mother Elizabeth Swann.
In my point of view this is the true ending of potc, the 2 sequels arent canon nuff said ✋

Davy Jones is out of commission. Next captain of the Flying Dutchman, Will O' the Wisp.
It's Just a Green Flash!
It's in the movie at the end of the credits.

It's a secret ending to the DVD releases. )< Bastards.
WTF!? I watch the movie many time and today I just found this scene??
@acps199610 he didn't. They just used the same kid.
this was at the end credits
why didnt they just go out to sea to see him anytime
calypso was totally fine going out to sea, and when will came back as captain of the dutchman he was like 1 ship distance from elizabeth
Will Turner is only allowed to go out of the sea once every 10 years.
its at the end of the credits :3

Ten years later by Hans zimmer😂

Can someone tell me the name of the song at the end?
"10 years later"

Including his family
was that elizabeth's and William's kid?
It was Williams' son
I see dead people in boats
how he came back alive?

yes, davy jones mortally wounded william turner which gave jack sparrow the idea to make turner the new captain of the dutchman, saving turner's life and sparing jack sparrow from 100 years of servitude on the dutchman.
Except for in the 5th one, Will’s son Henry found a way to break the curse and he was freed and able to return home to Elizabeth and their son.

"10 years later" its on the expanded score.
The fifth one sucks i mean they could have shown keira from the start and stuff
