What I'm about to tell you is bound to help somebody else besides me. I could not get my sleeve to feed through the machine so I got a flashlight, checked for a jam, only to realize I was not feeding it into the proper slot. The door in the back where you see the 3 steps (Instructions) actually comes up & off of the table. Lift it up! It will feel like it is going to break, but it doesn't. Voila!!!!!
Is it coming out of the bottom of the machine when you try to feed it? If so, you are not feeding it into the right slot. Lift the back gate (where the 3-step instructions are printed )off of your table. It will click up and feel like it might break, but that is the answer to your problem. I had the same problem.

What heat setting would you use to laminate a leaf to a piece of card stock to make a book mark ??

Does this have to use pouches or can it be used with sheets

Are you waiting until the machine is ready? If you are, help guide it through. If that still doesn’t work you may need to replace it.
