Thank you so much! I couldn't find the HEPA filter lol.
I could open the dust cup, but didn't expect the filter was installed underneath lol

The thing that on the power head is when you have a big fluffy carpet it adjusted the suction so it would do it automatically to push easyer

Is this really stronger then the Dyson?

You should review a Sebo Dart or Felix.

Probably not since those machines are not popular nowadays.

@@VacMaster1991 But they are excellent vacuums. Reviews would help people enter the world of BIFL vacuums. Dart can be a excellent entry level vacuums for people who want vacuums that’s gonna last a long time.

After buying this I was disappointed to see that there wasn’t a spot to store the attachment with the yellow brush. Still works great though.

I like this vacuum except how difficult it is to push on carpet

I get the same way and after misplacing it a couple of times I ended up designing and 3D printing a bracket. Now I feel like the vacuum is complete

Is this vacuum worth the money I'm not a big fan of bagless machines always like bagged machines because bagless machines their pain in the butt when you have to empty them and bags you just toss it in the trash although a lot of people nowadays like bagless because you don't have to buy bags but again if you have allergies or asthma or even sinus issues most doctors specially the lung specialist tell you not to use bagless machines but I like your opinion also have you tried the shark I robot vacuum cleaners and what is your opinion on that I come to the vacuum specialist for education so I'm asking some questions cuz I've been watching your videos for a while and you seem to be well educated on the floor care industry and we greatly need people like you so we don't go out and waste our money on trash and I thank you so much also another question I have what are your opinion on the rainbow vacuums or have you had the opportunity to test a rainbow vacuum out

It's a pretty impressive machine. When you get past it's quirks.

Try a Karcher CV 300 or a Sebo Dart.

I returned my corded stick. I was nice. But the hot motor air blew on my hand and was so hot it left marks on my skin!

bought this one a few months ago. I had the Apex Az1000 I hooked this up and picked up a decent amount the old one left behind. Not a lot but more then I thought it would. Can tell the suction is more powerful then the AZ1000

I looked at the VERTEX as a choice to get, but felt this one has too much suction for what I need(saw reviews from some saying the same thing). I recently went with the APEX AZ1002 vacuum which has adequate suction for doing my house carpets. Plus i liked the APEX LED lights better than the VERTEX plus it has lighting on the Wand for dusting when hand carrying the Vacuum unit around.
Seems listening reviews on these new Vacuums, the front little wheels tend to get bad and either crack or fall apart. I dont know how your VERTEX has done with the front wheels??? I will see how mine goes over time, I dont do real heavy jobs with a Vacuum but it does do a great job of sucking dust up out of my carpets. i have no pets, so not worried about hair laying around. take care.

Question: does the brush tool come apart to reveal an upholstery tool?
