Great concert by OST-sir and superbly supported by accompanying artistes especially Sankaran-sir. Sankaran-sir's apt playing shows his concert presence is remarkable. The krithi Vijayambike's(Vijayanagari) final theermanam is one example

Beautiful main piece of Muthuswamy Dikshithar. Haven't heard this before. Excellent rendition by everyone. Perfect choice of line for neraval singing by OST sir. Sankaran sir was in his elements while accompanying for the neraval.

Music season in Arkay Convention Hall, Mylapore is all through the year! Many organisers host their concerts in this cosy hall and Mr. Ramakrishnan, a connoisseur of music, hosts an exclusive festival on the anniversary of the venue and also under his own banner Madhuradhwani.
All the concerts here are open to rasikas and not ticketed.
