Bloodstained is the only game that can go from a Metroidvania to a pure Metroid with just one character change. Bloodless was such an amazing idea on their end.

Correction, this what it feels like playing Bloodless mode...
When you don't f*ck up the timing with either prepping the charged attack, or swinging it.
I'm stuck on Zangetsu 2 cause I always fuck up after swinging by pressing the button again too soon.

This is true. I'm playing Bloodless hard mode no NG+ because I was confident in my skills and knowledge, and now I find myself having trouble with many of the bosses with one of them being an easy win because I some how made them stuck in place as if they are frozen.
