    Don’t choose to use the snooze - use the snooze and you lose! Great content once again Barry

    The sleep cycle is incompatible with the snooze button. Waking up at the top of a 90 min sleep cycle is key. I also agree that our natural peak performance hours are hard wired for most of us.

      Yep. I stopped going back to sleep when I wake up before my alarm. It’s like a night/day difference. I always felt like I needed that extra 30-15 minutes but all it did was drag me down in the AM.

    Do not forget to make your bed first thing in morning...

    You sound exactly like me.. in my younger years i blamed it on staying out late and partying..Im 51 now and I still take about 2 hours to get going..

    Nah... I mean, I appreciate the advice, and what you're saying makes a ton of sense, but I'm 55, I've tried everything, and _nothing_ works!! HeyHo! Life is a vale of tears, and none of us make it out alive! 😮‍💨😁 Happy Days!
