He can shut down the internet all he wants; but he cannot totally shut down internet and all the avenues to receive or disseminate information including the VPN and all other viable alternative routes to the information highway in 2024.
🤦♂️u need to understand what the internet means and also what VPN tunneling really is. Ur statement is just 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ ISPs shutting down mobile internet won't allow a VPN encryption channel be established in the first place. She did say mobile internet, implying other broadbands or even Satellite ISPs may still be another viable option for a few out there considering they're more expensive

There's nothing like 3rd term, there's problem in the house following the disqualification of Karim Wade (the son of the former president) by the constitutional council so the president said that the issue has to be resolved before conducting the election which the candidate is happy with the decision, this is not Nigeria where the ruling party waits for the masses at the election tribunal
This is the problem with Africa. This is a purely Senegal's problem. What has Nigeria got to do with it? We do have many problems in Nigeria, but tenure elongation is not one of them. Since we returned to democratic rule in 1999, not one president or governor has stayed in office a day longer than stipulated. Nigeria is facing its challenges. Face yours.

Election postponed and Mobile Internet cut off but WIFI is working perfectly. Though the Mobile Data has been restored. In the last protest, TiKTok was shut down till date Tiktok is still not available in Senegal unless through a VPN. Aside from that, Senegal is a very peaceful country, You can NEVER heard a gun shot even during protest
