Thanks , yeah that's something we actually forgot to do with this one and I meant to do that when he brought it over to do the exhaust and forgot then too . Thanks for watching!
Yeah kyle said you had mentioned that , we were going to a few weeks ago when he replaced the exhaust but he decided to crank the front up about half an inch just to cut out the rubbing he was getting every once in a while. Thanks for watching bro!
www.napaonline.com/en/p/BK_7302411 Here's the link to them but if that doesn't work they are from Napa they are balkamp 730-2411 for the center caps . The trim rings are from wheel vintiques they are the 15" hot rod smooth trim rings sku # 3005-15-1 hope that helps. And thanks for watching!
@mannypacheco3554 the ones I got using that part# were flat tops but I do see online it shows the dome ones but the 3 I originally had from back in 06 using that number and had to pick up a 4th one for this xb and used the same part # and got a 4th flat top cap

Did you have to take the top of the shock out on the rear to drop the axle? I was just wondering because I am looking at lowering my Scion. I thought I just had to undo the bottom side.
@johnpaulheupel5713 thanks ! To just lower it with drop springs all you need to do is remove the lower shock bolt to drop the axle . But with the coilovers it replaced the shock so we did that too . Thanks for watching!
Help from anyone please? I have a cosmetically beat up 05 XB… would it be cheaper to buy one that looks nice or to get a couple of small dents fixed, spoiler, door lock actuators, windows get stuck, new wheels, and a paint job on my current one? Ones in good condition (much nicer looking than mine) and a few more miles can be found around me in the $5k+ range. I obviously know nothing about fixing up cars
That's a tough call honestly , really if you have one that's in great mechanical condition and lower miles it might be worth getting it cosmetically fixed up but paint and body can definitely be expensive. Maybe get a few quotes from some local shops to see what all the repairs on yours might cost ya and then do the math to see which is the better route to take . Sorry probably not the answer you we're looking for but good luck
My front windows also used to get stuck, I found replacements on Amazon and fixed them within an hour after some RUclips vids! The door lock actuators all have to be replaced so you’re not taking each one out to figure out which one is causing the issue, cause if ones out, they’ll all go out so might as well! I did that while I was fixing the window actuator too since the panels were off, that took maybe an hour and a half but only cause I decided to do all this at the end of a Bay Area summer 😂 Super easy tho and I don’t consider myself a fixer upper of cars but I sure can fix this car! RUclips is your friend!
@@PreSwoleBobby thanks… I’m considering trying it myself now.. I kind of like how my XB looks beat up because no one looks at it twice but having those things fixed would make drivability better.
@@wakawaka1976 also check if there’s any pick’n’pulls near you! Salvage yards have been a huge help!
