Mocha Madeleine Recipe Full of Coffee Flavor

    Mocha madeleine
    1. Apply room temperature butter to the madeleine mold and place it in the refrigerator.
    2. Add instant coffee powder to milk heated in the microwave for 30-40 seconds and mix well.
    3. Prepare room temperature unsalted butter by melting it in a double boiler or microwave.
    4. Beat the eggs, add Kahlua, sugar, and honey and mix.
    5. Add milk and instant coffee powder and mix.
    6. Add sifted cake flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
    7. Add melted unsalted butter (40 degrees) in three portions and mix (approximately 20-30 times per addition).
    8. Wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
    9. Take out the madeleine dough stored in the refrigerator and mix.
    10. Put the dough in a piping bag and pipe 80-90% of the dough into the mold.
    11. Place the roasted peanut powder on top.
    12. Add chocolate chips.
    13. Bake for 3 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, then bake for another 8-9 minutes at 170 degrees.

    78g sugar
    18g honey
    6g instant coffee powder
    20g milk
    120g cake flour
    5g baking powder
    120g unsalted butter
    Appropriate amount of roasted peanut powder
    Appropriate amount of chocolate chips
