Knee pain can be a sign of an injury or, if you do sports, a sign of overuse. Not all knee pain requires intervention, adequate rest and healing can be helpful. If you are worried about it, an MRI can provide a proper diagnosis. If pain persists, we recommend you see an orthopedic specialist as it's important to take care of your knees - they'll take care of you your whole life.
