Laviscount Island is more than just a new tourist spot; it's a "tortoise town." Giant tortoises greeted them at every turn, and it was an experience they'll never forget.
They even had a chance to meet Craig, a guide who's been working on the island for eight months. He introduced them to their impressive collection of red-footed and Aldabra giant tortoises. The biggest one, Jeffrey, is over 50 years old and weighs a whopping 250 pounds.
Their day continued with encounters with macaws, parrots, and even a "fat lizard," also known as an iguana. It's an adventure you don't want to miss!
