NV5600 Synchronizer Keys and Springs Installation

I recently had a member of the community, Mitch Perry, reach out with this video of his technique for installing the synchronizer keys and springs into the hub assembly of an NV5600 transmission. As many of you are aware, these little suckers are very difficult to install. I have my own technique, but this is a great idea and appears to work very well and I wanted to put it out there to help others trying the same task. Thanks Mitch!

When i built nv5600 i use another way...faster and less risk of ball and spring everywhere when assembly

@@reddtekk will try to make one...but i use a small flat screw driver and a plier...align the spring with the screw driver....push the ball with my thumb and use the pliers to align the block ik his location...take around 5 min to do a set of 3
