    I'll correct mistakes I've done with all perks together in a single vid since I was half asleep making this.

    I disagree. The cooldown is needed for two reasons:
    1) Other survivors won't know that chest has already been looted, so it will be opened again.
    2) The only way to combat this perk is to keep chests open, so a cooldown will give survivors a time window for opening them back up.
    Without the cooldown, chests would essentially be a permanent aura revealing perk with no counterplay.

      Like weave attunement, and no one likes weave attunement except for franklins users

      so they basically plan to nerf weave attunement knowing how broken it was, and then made almost the exact same perk that does the job directly without Franklin's lol how behavior of them

      Your first point is invalid since it opens 50% faster so they will instantly know it's already been looted and know the perk that is equipped

      People seem to forget how strong aura vision is in this game. As soon as the killer sees that aura from near the chest, they will be bolting over to close it to get a chase/ down and then close off the box for another survivor coming up next.
      Pairing this perk with Franklins is essential since survivors will have to actually get an item for advantage.
      Good thing Distortion is getting nerfed am I right, survivors?😅

    I think the cooldown is sensible. You can get a LOT of information from this perk, on the level of Weave Attunement. If you could just keep closing the chests then the Survivors would be stuck in a loop of opening them or else having their aura constantly revealed

    It’d be neat if there was a subtle sound cue to indicate an aura is being revealed by that perk, because 3 seconds is easily missable

    Survivors have chest perks that entice them to get more tokens.
    You could just reopen a chest and put MORE permanent reduction to generators

    They need to increase the range to 16 M that are only few chest in the maps unless you bring hoarder or the 108 cake that gives 1 more chest

    The cooldown needs to be there because otherwise, it would grant the killer constant aura-reading with no real counterplay.

    Aura reveal range should have been like 12m and duration 5s, or 4s minimum. Right now this perk is a joke cause there is only 3 chests that can spawn in bad places and be useless.

      And it's the survivors that get the handholding treatment per killer mains. Imagine needing all that info perks to track survivors

      @@antmsurvivorpokemon1 Franklin’s is an info perk? I’m just synergizing. It’s one of my favorite things to do. I don’t play the game much anymore . But I love cool perk combos. I’ve been playing the game for so long I currently don’t need any info perks. I like synergizing survivor perks too

    Good vid, but one thing. Survivors only get the 50% faster unlocking speed when opening up a chest that you closed.

    You only open chest faster after they are closed. Survivors would want to reopen chest to prevent the aura read

    My honest opinion is that this perk is not good.
    The aura reading ability is ok because it's pretty similar to WA but it creates less zoning and it's less controllable, also the aura reading only lasts 3 seconds, so most of the toxic part of WA is out.
    Everything else is bad; first of all why the increased speed to re-opening chests? Second, what is the benefit of closing a chest for the killer? It makes you waste time for what? For a side objective that almost no one but desperate survivors do? And lastly, this perk de-incentivates even more the opening chests; and oh, yes, the cooldown suck.
    It's a pretty bad design if you ask me.

    I think that they gotta slow down with the perks cuz there is to many of them just for them to balance change and do so much. I think new killers and survivors should should just bring one new perk to be honest and maybe add some different to each character that makes them special, like one perk for a survivor but lets say they can vault a little faster but only that survivor can do that which will add more value to buying the character

    remove the 50% buff the survivors receive(the amount of time required to open the chest isnt that long anyway)and this perk would be somewhat useful

    If the range was 16 or more meters, this could be good with Hoarder. It could be a more insidious version of Franklin's Weave. But 8 m is way too small given how few chests there are.

    You are wrong. Survivors don't get 50% opening speed boost on all chest like you said. Speed Buff only apply to chests you closed

    Too many perks is actually gonna ruin this game, wayy too much crap to balance multiplayer sucks for this reason

    To be honest the chest perk looks decent just make the range and time a little bit longer
