My last day without my right foot!!!

Hellooo Guys!!! Tomorrow they'll finally take off my cast, so I'd say it's an opportunity to share with you an exercise that I've only recently started. From tomorrow afternoon onwards I will leave immediately to begin the process of reinserting my right foot.
