    Dear Bryan, thank you for being so brave and showing us how fragility and vulnerability feels. I am trying Mel Robbins podcasts, the technique stop, breath in and out and just BE. Or country backwards from 5 to 1

    I feel like I'm at rock bottom I have slowly picked myself enough to start my voice over journey. I don't know if listening to someone else will help but maybe I may try something like this myself

      I understand because I am there too, I noticed that connection with others might help when they aren’t just avoiding me because they feel that it’s too uncomfortable
