Man! You are an inspiration...Ive been thinking for awhile to buy a mini....I need it for my property which is only 2 acres but thought I can do odd jobs here and there...I just don't know the business that well....tired of fearing things....what state are you in...and thanks again for the encouragement
Well I might be a bit crazy. I have wanted a mini excavator for a few years and I just pulled the pin. Keep watching I have something else coming as well. I decided to buy with the idea of renting it out. Thinking if I rent it 10 times that would pay the payments. I sold my backhoe and I am using that to carry me through winter. I have done 4000$ in work in three weeks. I can’t believe it with just a little advertisement. I am at this point thinking I won’t need to rent it. But that can be a backup plan
Great choice in size...At one point I owned a 3.5 ton which is a great size. I recently rented a 2.7 ton and thinks it the perfect size for residential work. I like the enclosed cab as the weather sucks where I live. Where are you located...looks like the east coast somewhere?. Canada or USA? Looks beautiful all them trees!.
Soo, did you purchase a flail mower? I'm looking at the lipa flail.mower for my u 17. They just released a new model just for the 1.7- 3 ton machines. I'm too old to be swinging ramps, I really want a tilt trailer soon.
I was looking for a 3 to 3.5 ton. I live in a small province in Canada. The dealer didn’t have many in stock. They only had a 1.7 ton for most of the summer but this one showed up. I am pleased with it even though it’s smaller. I couldn’t go to big as hauling it would be a problem. I could probably have handled a 4 ton. I want to stay smaller jobs. One two day jobs. Been busy since I bought it. Have a good time.
Congrats on the new toy!!!! There's always a job for a mini ex.
Thanks. Yes I am finding that there is lots of work

Phone number on the side of the machine and the trailer towing it is all the advertising you will need. Customers word of mouth will do the rest.
Thanks in the works. Thanks for watching.
Nice machine . So why the U27 and not bigger ?
