U27-4 Great mini excavator.
Pool pad. Seems to be a summer of digging pools. I don’t have any problem digging pools if that’s what keeps me going. I do want to try to do some different projects for sure this summer. I would like to do a road build at some point and I’m going to look at one of those this week and we’ll see, how it goes.

It’s so hot. Two day garage pad
Просмотров 164Месяц назад
Well, this was a two day job at least that’s what I priced it. But I did get it done in two days as I expected. I had some minor issues with my camera and my truck ended up coming back two more times just to repair the truck so I could get it home. I used 75 ton of crush rock to make this pad after I dug it out approximately 18 inches on one side and 3 inches on the other. The customer was very...

Sorry to hear about the receiver! Know the pain... I did something similar with a multimeter... Great minds think alike..lol Is that a 2-1/2' clean out bucket? Whats your thoughts on the 1.7 ton range of excavators?...I don't think it would be that much slower on a project like that. Have you thought about a mini skid steel..the walk behind style....I think they have come along way and for jumping on and off and better visibility might be worth checking out. Nice job!

Well all i can say is stuff happens. My machine is a 2.7 ton. A small machine will do the work of a bigger machine it may take a bit longer. Sometimes machines can be to big as well. I wanted a 3.5 ton but i am happy with this one. My thought was doing small jobs that the big contractors don’t want to do. They’re was a couple jobs that I wouldn’t have been able to do if i had a bigger one. I would like a skid steer. But the cost is crazy. Between my truck, excavator and tractor. I have lots. I look at the small skids at the auctions but really not sure about them. Will see if i have a need for one down the road. Thanks for stopping in.

Good idea. There is a 15 foot deep ditch that’s 20’ away from where we have lots of frost so I think I need to be 4’ deep. Unless I find some descant gravel as I dig down. I am working so my plan was to drain it into the big ditch. So I plan to slope it so it runs into the ditch. That’s my plan at the moment. I will be posting a video of it
