Initially, I suspected the issue stemmed from the ignition system, but upon further investigation, I pinpointed the problem to be with the brake lamp switch.
What if it’s not the brake ? What were you looking at in the column by the shifter? Mine was fine last night, today it wont change gears to leave park. Hit the brake and it goes up and down without engaging, if I don’t hit the brake it’s locked up and won’t move like normal
