I have the black Atlantic flyer and it's beautiful and so chronography. It's a working watch not a fashion chrono where you can't read the sub dials along with lost in the background hands. Incredible lume and nice big clear hands and dials. Its on a chestnut shade Haween leather hand made strap right now and I sometimes put it on steel although the ribbed strap it comes with is beautiful.
Darn kicking myself for not getting in on the Atlantic Blue Dial variant earlier, now there's a waiting list. Amazing watch design combined with the Seiko NE88 makes this Marloe a real winner. Great review!
Such a good looking watch, Marloe are currently selling these for £699! The only thing stopping me from jumping on one is the sheer size of it, sadly too big for my wrist.
It’s a real beauty I only have 6.5 inch wrists and it feels great, yes it’s deep but it doesn’t feel wrong, and the dial design makes it appear smaller too 💙,superb quality watch and at that price it’s incredible value too 💙

Nice review, showed off the watch very well. Slight correction that the R34 flew out of East Fortune airfield in Scotland for USA and returned to Pulham in England. The airfield is still there and is Scotland’s Museum of Flight. Worth a visit but it doesn’t really celebrate the R34 enough. If I buy one of these it will be the Fortune

Excellent detailed review of a really beautiful looking watch. It’s difficult to decide which one of the 4 to pick as they all look so good! I do like that the chronograph hands are slightly different colours to the time hands; the reliable and usually accurate Seiko NE88a is a good choice of movement and really nice to be able to see it through the magnified display back. That's called the flyer, it's a great looking watch isn't it... I also have the Atlantic spirit which is the steel looking one and one thing I can say is they are all stunning, much better in the flesh too and incredible accuracy. 👌
Good morning, mine doesn’t make a noise as such you feel the rotor move a little every now and then when you shake it but not noisy, I would suggest contacting Marloe to seek their views and if not happy return it for them to inspect for you… they are incredibly helpful with stunning customer service 👌
Hi thank you for your comment.. I was worried that it might be too big and heavy when I first saw the watch. But it wears incredibly well, definitely not too big or heavy.. Its just right... I can honestly say it's one of my favourite watches to wear... Simply awesome.. And with marloe if you order and are not happy then they offer a 30 day return.. Provided its as received and in original packaging etc so you can order with confidence 👌
@@Alanlewis59 To confirm, I bought my first Marloe watch. I usually insist on having the date on my watches. But went for the Coniston as was a 40mm , arrives tomorrow. This Atlantic is the one I wanted but is too big for my wrists. Was close to getting the CW compressor but am sold on the style and casing of this watch. Thanks for your help.

Would you say for a leather strap, eye catching piece, this is about as good as it gets in the price range? I've also seen the Atlantic spirit is down to £699 - any reason to go for this one over the spirit other than the look?
@@usmanmirza1648 it’s a beautiful watch I have the spirit too, they are exactly the same watch with just a different look, the spirit does have lume on the hands and numbers… so it’s really which you prefer, the spirit is excellent value and was reduced as it didn’t sell as well as the others in the range but I don’t understand why as it’s awesome👌
