I’m definitely curious to learn more about this... my F-250 FX4 is too tall for the rest of my family so I’d like to drop it a few inches but I also want to be able to adjust it for when I’m towing

Kelderman actually has air ride suspension that can go from a1 inch lift to a 12 inch lift.depending on the truck and the kit you choose
They only sell airride (now I'm talking ford trucks only) for the 250s & up

Extremely different. Anylevel is expensive does not use air at all.
I'd be really interested in seeing a city and highway MPG comparison at 3" lift, stock, and 2" lower for standard 1500/F150 trucks. If the argument could be made that lowering would save significant dollars at highway speeds, you might sell more.

I have a high country. Would love an air kit starting at stock level to lower to bit ( not to the floor) with some 26s on for summer or raise it up and throw some meat on there for winter.

I've been wanting to build my own stealth bug-out vehicle out of a Chevy Express, and was thinking about adding some sort of an air ride system so I can increase my ride height when I'm riding on more rugged trails. I like what RAM did with their trucks, and wondered if their system would work on an express, or if there was an after market system that would do the same. That being, the ability to ride lower on highways or higher on trails, than the stock ride height.

Air ride and height adjustment would be epic on the new Ford F150 Lightning. If lowering a vehicle can improve aerodynamics, then on an electric truck it would be huge. Drop it on the highway to increase your range. Then when you get to the job site, get it back up again.

Hi. I have a Concept I want to accomplish. I have a 2020 GMC sierra Texas edition. Is it possible to use Air ride to be Able to drop the truck to the ground for easy access and even ride height but have the ability to adjust to the standard ride height and also be able to lift the rear when towing for better towing. Recently I was diagnosed with MS a getting in and out of the truck has be come an issue. Thanks for any thoughts on.the matter.

So I guess helper air bags are different from the suspension setup that luxury vehicles use? I tow about 85% of my max towing capacity, and I’d like to tow more comfortably, but I was hoping that this system would be more comfortable as well.
who has some good bags that go really high .. I like the idea of sitting in the middle of a being able to go up or down instead of being maxed out all the time . When my bags are full it's kind of a rough ride

Thanks for the video - great as always. As your covering helper bags today - hopefully you can help me understand an issue i am experiencing. I have a 2020 Sierra Denali 1500 running a BDS 4” lift on Hostile 20x9 +19 Fury’s with BFG K02 35X12.5. The BDS kit allows me to continue the use of my factory Automatic Ride Control (ARC) system via relocation of the ARC sensor brackets. I will be towing an ~8K lb. trailer and I want to add helper bags in the back to maintain level when I tow. The rest of the time (daily driver) i would air down the bags to 0. My local shop says they can’t be added to vehicles with ARC as they will “interfere” with the function of the ARC system. My question is - what about the “function of the ARC” will be compromised? Is it only compromised during the time I have them “helping”? If so - how? Ex: If it means I won’t have the optimized ARC damper adjustments during the tow but as soon as I reach my destination and air down the bags everything goes back to normal? If so I can live with that. However, if it causes a check engine light and puts me into limp home mode - well that’s totally different. Appreciate your time.

Hiw about a system for 98 tahoe using it as a plow truck and currently I've cranked my keys so that it doesn't sag as much but i would like more lift in the front, ive searched but no luck, since suspension is your thing any ideas? Next for me would be the keys that would give me more crank , the stiffness is not a concern with the weight it moves up and down fine and the plow is not one of those big huge ones is a light western generic non commercial plow residential only. I do put heavy loads in my 97f250 crew cab and some towing but I'd be lying if I said I dont want to add bags just get the carolina squat while rolling through my town my plan is to go 6inch lift and add bags to the rear to drop rear for that obnoxious drop

I put a 6.5 BDS suspension lift on my truck. But it has a air shocks on the rear and it looks 3" more taller from the rear. How can I level it so it looks the same as the front? Should I remove the air shocks?

So I want to lift my truck but I also want to easily be able to load a motorcycle in the back.. could I put bags in the rear to lower it a good amount and then level it back out after getting loaded up?

All comes down to personal preference, if I could have a 2nd set of wheels and tires it'd definitely be billets and boggers!
i am curious about is like the airlift kit for the rear of the truck for towing since this video came have they came out with something like that for the front? like for plowing the front end squats so im wondering if theres a suspension kit for the front to help with that to maintain the normal height when weight is added to the front

I have a 2018 Silverado 4x4 and I want to raise my front end 2”. The difference between the rear and front at the center of the wheels is exactly 3”. My question is, can i just put on some coil overs and would i need to add anything else? What would the difference between just adding coil overs vs a leveling kit?

Um..... Lincoln, land Rover, FORD Have been doing that for years. It was called load leveling suspension. If you wire into the pump and exhaust valve you could control it. They make solenoids that you can tie into the feed lines😑

Plenty of people do, you won’t be able to go huge huge with out modifying the trailer but a lot of people tow gooseneck while lifted
