Not a great one for beginners as coughing loudly is too challenging 😕.

Nice meditation, I see some complaints about the coughing but for me personally when I'm sitting quietly in deep "I amness" having some strong external stimuli coming and going occasionally helps me practice staying as I am undistracted, instead of distractions I notice them as strong pointers to/from the awareness that I am, instead of being distracted by them I just notice them in my awareness without shifting attention to them, it helps me stengthen, or rather make more effortless, the ability to stay in "I amness"

👍🏼I really liked this guided meditation. Dr. Jon's teaching style is very inspiring, watching and feeling his stability in meditation is a great reference to practice. In addition, his teachings have helped me to consolidate my discipline, and I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for his wonderful work 🙏🏼❤️

Good guy. But he should have stayed at home that day. Coughing while guiding a meditation is no match.

your coughing was highly disruptive and jarring. I did not enjoy this much becuse of that. Please don't cough into a microphone.

Why not? It is a part of live, and life is disruptive itself. Meditate anyway...

Focus on your practice. The point of meditation is reaching a point where nothing disrupts you from your focus. Not that you won’t hear it, but that despite hearing it it won’t bother you like this.

The Wisdom 2.0 team needs to clean up this audio. The opposite of what’s needed for meditation.

I’m wondering why while Jon is sitting, his spine is not straight, his head is bent slightly downward.

      Really? 😢 Maybe that's where he's comfortable? 😊

Well, there is no strict requirement to keep your spine straight during a mindful session. 😅 The pose which help ppl staying alert, in full body awareness is the suitable pose one really need. Maybe that's the pose for him.

Well, to remain “Still” in mind, take it like this:There is No “disruptive” coughing. There are only *audible flow of air* happened once in a while. 😉
Keep in mind, these noises or audible flow of air are also part of the training.
