Thats awesome man! Unfortunately there isn't a lot of racing near us right now but I could see these being a ton of fun to race. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for watching!
@@SeanLewisMedia Hopefully the class will grow where You are. I'd love to grab a 1/10th scale rocket car(Schumacher, TLR/AE) but, dropping a grand isn't in the cards right now. Be well, Happy '24!
Haha your probably right! Its been on the shelf for a few months so I'll try to remember next time I dust it off. Hope you're doing well! Thanks for watching:)
I was thinking of getting one of these but I feel I would enjoy a short course truck more. Just those bigger tracks are much further away from me. I am close to Tony’s as well
Honestly the shortcourse would be awesome and if you don’t have one I’d suggest that before the mini b👍🏼 I rip my shortcourse around my back yard all the time. The mini buggy is too small for that though so it’s kind of a track only car which limits its fun factor a bit. Short course trucks are where I started and they are still my favorite to drive!
That's a fun car, stick a dynamite 6000kv motor with esc in it an a different receiver it's a beast, only downfall id say is servo horn isn't that great would change it out the metal servo horn and the turnbuckles aren't that great If you accidentally crash then bend pretty easy
You legit read the future lol. My turn buckles were destroyed so I just put a new set of jconcepts on last night. I also installed a brushless hobbywing system yesterday too. The servo will likely be one of the next upgrades for sure! My two friends put reefs micro 99s in and redrilled there chassis so it all fit and they like it so far. I appreciate the constructive help for sure! Hope you have a great holiday and new year!
Anyone who might be interested in buying one might be interested. I also drive a brushless one in this video so its a bit of a comparison for those who watch long enough. I also upgraded it completey to brushless so I plan to do an update video down the road. It was also a fun day at the track with my friends that I wanted to capture:) Im trying to help people get more into RC and my hope is that videos like this could help someone who may be looking to get into the hobby for the first time. Im sure there are plenty of other videos on my channel you might enjoy🤘🏼
The minis and the full size trucks racing together is hilarious!
It was treacherous out there haha!
That's the color I'm looking at
Its an awesome color!
I bought one last night from RC Madness in CT. My first new RC car since the mid 80's. The class is huge here in CT. Looking forward to trying it out.

I'd love to open store like that!
@@ricksprings it’s a cool little place!
ThT thing looks sweet 😂
Bro its cool! Its a little fragile so I already had to replace the turnbuckles. It was also slow so i just put a brushless in it😂
That slash sounds like it needs the slipper clutch a little bit tighter

Nice! How long is this track? I am building this layout on a 12,5m x 7m space
@@Technoane I don’t know the exact dimensions but it’s probably close to yours but possibly a bit longer. The depth is probably similar!

@@always_prepping I 100% do! The track build looks amazing at Tony’s🔥
That little monster truck terrorizing the track driving all over the place haha. What day was this?
Haha it was a sunday and the day before I posted this. It added a little more difficulty to the track lol
Wait the track is back at tony’s ??
Yessir!
Is that at tonnys hobby?
Yes it is!
Who cares about seeing the brushed one on a track?
