The supporting brackets cover the front lifting points. I wonder if tire shops know what to do and willing to loosen brackets to access lifting points when it’s time to replace tires.
I haven’t found anything for lift kits for the cyber truck. It’s only been the model Y & the 3 it’s an Overland kit hopefully somebody will make one for the cyber truck and possibly for the model X

You are 100% correct. My CT was in at Tesla SC last week and they made me sign a waiver before they performed work due to the running boards

I mainly use the step when off-roading and the truck is in a higher height
