We have all been there beginning in golf. Just have fun. Cool channel and I subscribed. Looked like you both had some fun. That's what it is all about.
im new too and nice to see on camera man. he did a good job. golf is hard logan lol. he can definitely go back and watch this and look at the differences in your swings and apply the adjustments on the range and course.
Oh btw, if you were considering trying out the Country Club of Arkansas in Maumelle anytime soon you may want to put that course on the back burner. They are having a LOT of trouble with their greens at the moment. I played with one of my groups there yesterday and aside from the course being pretty wet from all the rain lately they have several greens that have been resodded in parts and 2 greens that have been completely resodded. Those two holes have you playing on temporary greens. The rest of the greens there will also need some resod patchwork once they get the others done. They are asking people to not walk or play on the new sod on the greens that have been partially done, other than to retrieve your ball and respotting it out of the "ground under repair" areas. But if you have to chip or putt from off the green across the new sod you will see the ball take some funny rolls or hops. Just my opinion but it may be until mid to late June before that course is in respectable playing shape. They should have all of the greens back into playing shape by then.
I think you have this a very fair rating. I love the design of the course but it was the same when I was there. The tee boxes were meh and the greens were NOT good. I would love to see you do one at Turkey Mountain Golf Course in Horseshoe Bend. If you need a 20 handicap golf partner let me know 😂
Drew, I have played River Oaks 2-3 times but it has been since the early 2000's since then. I sure don't remember the fairways being that tight on the front or the par 4's being over 400 yards from the white tees. What day were you up at Searcy?
I have noticed that you have not uploaded any new videos lately, are you still around the Fort Smith area? I live in Fayetteville and I am struggling with my swing. Do you give lessons? Help....
Hey Brian, thanks for reaching out I am still in Ft Smith area - I am not a teaching professional yet or I would be happy to help with lessons. Thank you for watching.
Legendary guest appearance. He struck the ball pretty well for a beginner. The 60y chip shot on 6 lol. Come to Eagle after June. I’ll host you.
Thin to win! Lol and that sounds good! 🤝
By far the hardest thing I’ve ever done lol can’t believe drew talked me into being on camera
