Ive had a Narya since 2022 - I’ve kept a 1.1 stub on it to experiment with inks as well. Other than the standard annoyances with any eyedropper pen, it’s comfortable to use and make a mess with 😁
Thank you for sharing. I have quite a number of Mayfair pens - 5 Narya, 5 Noldor. I don't have a preference when holding the grip of any pen. I can adjust it depending on how the pen is made. My only preference is the width of the grip. I don't like thin/narrow grip pens. I find Mayfair pens very comfortable and I enjoy the different materials Ben uses to create his pens. The pens are very unique for sure, and i like the way you described your experience. I think it is very helpful information for anyone considering purchasing a Mayfair pen.
Thank you for the video. I'm interest in how you use the pen in the future. I think I would be able to use this pen as I tend to hold pens further back on the section. On some pens this can be an issue, e.g. Pelikans where I'm griping the thread. I like the colour of your ink choice.
Both of those are very pretty but I am certain I would struggle with them in the same way I have with other pens that have non-traditional sections. I hope you are able to make it work!
They are so so cute- especially the small one! I like them a lot!! You mentioned the big one has a converter- where do you screw the barrel open? At the end where the green meets the swirly part?
Both are gorgeous! Adding to my shopping list...
Pretty and cute. It's a bit like a tulip. I like the pink glitter.
I've been keeping an eye on Mayfair pens and I love them. I only have one maker pen but hoping to get one of these next year 🤩

Interestingly strange little pens. Thanks for the show.

Yes, that's exactly where it unscrews and how to access the converter.
@ thanks!
