Lost my husband in '06, my mom in '11, my dad in '18 , my stepdad in '20 , my 27 yr old son in '22, and 3 friends this yr....latest on oct. 11.....super hard....but God has His arm around me

When my 27 yr old son died unexpectedly mar. '22, i looked to God....He reminded me, many will be put to sleep before the end ....had my son lived, he may have been lost eternally....it was best for him.....i love God, i know He sees the future......i trust Him

Isaiah 57:1,2 are the best verses for when a young person dies.
1 The righteous perishes,
And no man takes it to heart;
Merciful men are taken away,
While no one considers
That the righteous is taken away from evil.
2 He shall enter into peace;
They shall rest in their beds,
Each one walking in his uprightness.

2 Samuel chapter 8 only has 18 verses. The quoted scriptures is in 2 Samuel chapter 18, starting at verse 28. He's reading the NKJV

In MY Bible, 2 Samuel 8 only goes to verse 18. Do you want to revise that? Don't you mean 2 Samuel 18:28?
