🌴Ingredients
7 salmon slices
1/2 sweet peppers
5 cloves garlic/5 Pegs
1/2 onion
1 tomato
🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder/parsley
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp cajun season
1 Tsp badia complete
🌼Sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp Hennessy/optional
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp dark soya
1 cup 1/4 warm water
Add remaining seasoning
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
•Brown salmon for 4 minutes on each side
•Simmered salmon for 10 minutes
Medium heat

Thank you for this recipe. It was absolutely delicious. I used the white wine in lieu of hennessy as you suggested. However i needed a little hot with the sweet so i placed a habenaro pepper on the side. Thank you again!!!
