I love you guys...my mother was Jamaican and made many dishes my father did not understand (he was Lithuanian); but I loved. Your accents remind me of her in the kitchen. I watched everything she did as a child. She was from Kingston always washed everything and it had to be fresh..! I was a commercial fisherman, so the fish was always fresh caught. I made this salmon today. I could not find the exact sauce you used at the local Kroger grocery store here in Atlanta, GA so I created my own using a mixture of honey, KC Masterpiece Teriyaki Marinade, Lemon and Herb Marinade, and butter. I mimicked Daddy Kitchen's directions and my salmon turned out like it came from a restaurant. Appreciate your videos greatly!

However I made my own honey garlic sauce and it was the bomb 💣😋. I made roasted garlic mash potatoes with steamed broccoli 🥦. This salmon is the best salmon I've ever eaten or made.
