Well done. I found a list of tools would be helpful:
    10mm
    Snap ring tool
    Brake clean or parts cleaner
    Sand paper >320
    Cardboard
    paper towel
1/4"-1/2" Clean brush(es) (like for painting)
High temp grease (auto caliper brake lube - he uses Permatex Red))
2 Adjustable clamps and extra set of hands to reassemble
    Flathead screwdriver
Pliers (would a channel lock be better?)
    Locktite
    Hammer
    Open ended 10mm wrench

thanks for this video. I have decided its not worth my time to mess with mine , the time spent isn't worth the 40 bucks to me!! but this is good to know if you are in a pinch, just how it all goes together and can be cleaned and lubricated. mine is grabbing terribly, I just ordered a new one and will slip in on in 2 days when it arrives. easy !!! maybe if I get bored one day ill take apart the old one and clean it up good to be used as a "rebuild" when the new ones goes bad. but for this first one, screw it ill buy another!!!

Alright...things we want to see in upcoming episodes....
    1) Juggernaut Clutch install and comparison to stock clutch
    2) Handlebar risers...are they needed or worth it?
3 ) What you need to make a BT200X Street Legal
    4) You and your brother doing a side x side jump on matching BT200X bikes over Snake River Canyon....trying to re-create one of Evel Knievel's most iconic attempts.
    Except you guys will SUCCEED!
    Hopefully.
But if you don't...remember to DAB on the way down...for the LIKES.

I bet your spring has weakened. At 4:53 it held together by itself. I had mine apart when it was new and it would never stay together like that. If you let go it would fly all over the place.

Nice job!You might want to make a note as to which direction the chain link clip is installed. As I remember the open end goes towards the back.I don't even know if it makes any difference but it's the way I've been doing it for years..... many years.I'm thinking bout getting the CT200U and this video is perfect. I hope I don't have to do it for a long time but if I do I'll always remember your vid. So.... thanks for a great vid...WM

yes it matters if something hits it like grass or weeds get in they can push it off, I work on a farm and I've seen it happen, makes a difference, unless you like re doing things.

jesus u never lube that clutch what so ever it only needs a drop of oil on the bushing , grease will make it slip and burn and catch and hold dust n dirt, u need to tighten the spring but cutting it shorter or get a new stiffer spring

How to take the sprocket off of your mini bike cluth?

The only item in the clutch that should ever have grease on it is the bushing. Don’t pay attention to this video lubing your clutch is not this difficult!

Never use grease around this type of clutch and especially Teflon or silicone grease. Max-Torque has a correct video on servicing a clutch of this design.

This video should only be (3) total steps: (1) remove stock clutch, (2) throw it in the trash, (3) install a 30 series TAV, and smile from ear to ear! Sorry, great video, but these clutches are the weak point of the Coleman CT200...
